A Dealers license is probably the easiest license to qualify for. It will allow you to engage in the business as a dealer in firearms, receive and transfer firearms to licensees and non-licensees from a commercial or home based location in many instances.
You may also qualify as a NFA or Class 3 Dealer with the Type 01 License
We qualify you using established federal criteria, and guarantee your approval 100% if otherwise qualified. Commercial or residential.

That depends. All FFLs must comply with state law and local ordinances. Any business conducted under the FFL must not violate state and local requirements. ATF will verify if your proposed business will meet these requirements.
In general, the Investigator needs to speak with a Responsible Person in order to verify items on the application, examine the premises, and ensure they understand certain responsibilities. We provide applicants with strategies to make this process go smoothly.
The difinition of RP is stated on the ATF F 7, but in essence any corporate officer, LLC member, sole proprietor or other associate of a licensee who has the power to directly or indirectly control the firearms operations of the company must be included as a RP. However, that is not always the case. Each situation is unique and must be examined on its own merits.
